Omneky opens its ad machine to any agent with a public API and MCP server
Pass one brand URL, get back finished ads in four formats. The ad-tech company just made its creative engine a capability any assistant can call.
- Omneky launched a public API and an MCP server on July 10, opening its autonomous ad-creative engine to outside platforms, agencies, and AI agents for the first time.
- Developers can pass as little as a single brand URL; the system reads positioning, colors, and fonts, writes the headline and CTA, and returns ads in 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, and 16:9.
- Any MCP-speaking assistant can call the same tools directly, which makes paid-ad creative a bolt-on capability for agent builders.
Ad-tech company Omneky opened its ad-generation engine to the outside world on July 10, launching a public API and an MCP server that let third-party developers, commerce platforms, and AI agents order finished ad creative programmatically. Until now the engine only worked inside Omneky's own product.
One URL in, four formats out
The API contract is aggressively simple. A developer can pass a single brand URL, and Omneky's agent reads the brand's positioning, colors, and fonts, writes the headline and call to action, and renders ads in 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, and 16:9 aspect ratios. Documentation is live at omneky.com/api-docs. The company is pitching commerce platforms that want to embed white-label creative for thousands of merchant brands, agencies, and agent developers, per the launch coverage.
The MCP server is the more interesting half for this beat. Any MCP-compatible assistant can call Omneky's tools directly, and the company's own example is a founder telling an assistant to make launch ads for a new product page. That is the same distribution logic behind Microsoft's certified MCP catalog: capabilities packaged as tools that agents shop for, rather than apps that humans log into.
Capability as a service, priced per call
One caveat worth stating plainly: everything above traces to Omneky's launch release and its syndications, and no independent review of output quality exists yet. But the shape of the move matters regardless. Agent builders have so far assembled marketing stacks by hand. A creative engine that any agent can invoke turns a whole product category into a per-call line item, and it gives every assistant vendor an answer to "can it make the ads too." After agentic commerce's checkout stumble, the vendors selling picks and shovels to agents are having a better year than the agents doing the shopping.
