Post-SaaS

Post-SaaS is shorthand for the emerging software era in which the dominant unit of value is an AI agent performing work, rather than a human operating a dashboard. GaaS (Agentic AI as a Service) is the commercial expression of the post-SaaS shift.
The term captures a structural change, not just a product trend: when work itself can be bought as a service, the seat license, the dashboard, and the per-user P&L that defined SaaS all come under pressure. "Post-SaaS" doesn't mean SaaS disappears, it means SaaS becomes one layer that agents operate on top of.
